Special Interest User Groups?

Currently there exist 3 User Groups. ADMINS, MODERATORS and USERS.
Admins must be at least 25yrs or older and selected by me or EuforicMania. (At least at present).
Moderators merely need to meet the 18+ site threshhold, though I do not see a point to these yet.
Users are of course the generic user-group. 

I want to include at least a few other user groups to designate special interest in the coming days or weeks. This site fell back on its original purpose, however its secondary function (besides an anti-FOMO site) is to be a platform free of standard constraints as we are not a major platform. Meaning act like an adult, get treated like an adult, etc. Read into that how you will. 

But the point is to celebrate broad spectrum special interests. And I want NEW USER GROUPS to reflect that. So if anyone has any ideas, please feel free to comment and discuss here. I know I'll make my feelings public.

Modified/non-special the Verified and default User Groups to not be able to make Anonymous or Geolocation Posts. No one should have these kinds of posts to me. Your location should not be tracked by me or anyone, and you should be held accountable for your actions. Other small features have been either added or disabled. But it is mostly to save on bandwidth. I do not remember most changes, but those are the important ones.
Default Users cannot create pages, events or groups. Verified Users can.

The following 2 Groups have been added as a preliminary measure: GAMER's and ARTIST's. 
These groups can create pages, events and groups and will be considered a version of Verified Users with enhanced trust.

Some features will be limited to both create an identity and limit bandwidth and memory usage until such time as a transition is necessary.

Standard constraints probably still subject to local laws. might wanna include asterisks or under terms and conditions. Check if this site falls under other inheriting terms and conditions.
